These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services at the self-service FitLock fitness centre.

The website is available in CZ / EN / UA language versions. In case of discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

Effective from: 24 February 2026

I. BASIC PROVISIONS

1. The Operator provides services consisting of granting access to the self-service fitness centre based on a time slot reservation or a valid membership.

2. By concluding the contract (making a reservation or purchasing a membership) the User confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them without reservation.

3. The fitness centre operates without staff on site. Each User enters the premises at their own risk.

II. DEFINITIONS

• Slot – a 75-minute time period (60 min workout + 15 min arrival/departure).

• Reservation – a binding order for a specific slot.

• Membership – time-limited access (31 days).

• Season Pass – a prepaid period (3 / 6 / 12 months).

• Private Reservation – reservation of the entire fitness centre capacity.

• Credit – funds held in the user account.

• User Account – the registered User's account.

Maximum capacity per slot is 4 exercising persons.

III. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

• Access is granted to registered Users only.
• The account is non-transferable and linked to a specific person.
• The User must not allow third parties to enter using their account.
• Violation of this rule may result in:

• immediate account suspension,

• membership cancellation without refund,

• permanent ban from entry.

IV. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

1. A reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the start of the slot.

2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance:

• 100% of the slot price is charged,

• the reservation is forfeited with no refund.

3. A no-show is treated as a used slot.

4. Late arrival does not extend the slot duration.

5. A reservation cannot be transferred to another person.

V. DYNAMIC PRICING

1. The slot price may vary by:

• time of day,

• current occupancy.

2. The price is always displayed before confirming the reservation.

3. Prices are not personalised for individual users.

4. Pricing is not based on individual profiling or automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

5. For membership, the slot price is fixed.

VI. MEMBERSHIP AND SEASON PASSES

1. A membership starts immediately upon purchase and runs for 31 days.

2. A member may use a maximum of 2 slots per day.

3. Unused slots do not carry over.

4. A membership may be cancelled at any time in the profile; cancellation does not affect the already paid period.

5. Season passes:

• are non-transferable,

• cannot be paused,

• cannot be refunded.

6. Serious breach of the Terms results in membership termination without refund.

VII. TECHNICAL FAILURES

1. In the event of a technical problem preventing entry:

• an alternative slot will be provided, or

• credit will be added to the account.

2. The alternative slot must be used within 60 days, otherwise the entitlement expires.

VIII. MULTISPORT

• Multisport cannot be used for private reservations.

• A no-show is considered a used entry.

IX. SELF-SERVICE OPERATION AND MONITORING

1. Entry is via the mobile app or QR code.

2. The premises are monitored by a CCTV system.

3. Recordings are retained for 30 days.

4. By entering the premises the User consents to monitoring.

X. LIABILITY

1. The User exercises at their own risk.

2. The User declares that they are physically fit for exercise.

3. The Operator is not liable for:

• injury caused by the User's own actions,

• loss or theft of personal belongings,

• items left in lockers.

4. The User is fully liable for any damage caused to equipment.

5. Minimum age is 15. Persons under 15 may only enter accompanied by an adult.

XI. BLACKLIST AND BAN FROM ENTRY

The Operator is entitled unilaterally to:

• suspend the account,

• terminate membership without refund,

• issue a temporary or permanent ban from entry.

The decision is final.

Contractual Penalty

1. The User acknowledges that access to the fitness centre is non-transferable and is exclusively for the registered person who made the reservation or holds a valid membership.

2. If the User:

• allows access to another person without a proper reservation,

• shares their QR code or login credentials with a third party,

• circumvents the reservation system,

• allows entry to a person without valid authorisation,

the Operator is entitled to impose a contractual penalty of CZK 5,000 per individual breach.

3. The contractual penalty is payable within 7 days of receipt of the demand for payment.

4. The imposition of the contractual penalty does not prejudice the Operator's right to:

• claim full damages,

• terminate membership immediately without refund,

• impose a temporary or permanent ban from entry.

5. The Operator is entitled to unilaterally offset the contractual penalty against the User's recorded credit.

XII. SALE OF GOODS

1. Food and dietary supplements cannot be returned.

2. Clothing may be returned within 2 days of collection if undamaged and unsoiled.

XIII. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

The User agrees to the commencement of service provision before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 1837 of the Civil Code.

XIV. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms are effective from 24 February 2026.

Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

Out-of-court dispute resolution is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:
