Competition Rules

1. Competition Organizer

The competition organizer is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The competition takes place in connection with the operation of the FitLock fitness center at Pražská 2470/1, 678 01 Blansko.

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from August 22, 2026 to September 6, 2026 inclusive.

Only valid competition entries submitted during the competition period will be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to natural persons who meet the conditions set out in these rules and are authorized to visit the FitLock fitness center in accordance with the current Gym Rules and Terms & Conditions of FitLock.

Persons under 18 years of age may only participate with the consent of their legal guardian. Entry conditions for minors into the fitness center are concurrently governed by the valid FitLock Gym Rules.

Persons directly involved in organizing the competition and their close persons are excluded from the competition.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition validly, the participant must, during the competition period:

1. visit the FitLock fitness center within a duly booked workout session,

2. during the visit, take a photo or video related to the visit or workout at FitLock,

3. post the photo or video to their Instagram Stories and tag the profile @fitlock_fitness,

4. under the competition post published on the Instagram profile @fitlock_fitness, write the comment “Soutěžím” (or “I’m competing”).

The comment only needs to be posted once during the entire duration of the competition.

Upon fulfilling all the above conditions, the participant receives one competition entry.

5. More Visits = More Chances

Participants may enter the competition repeatedly.

Each subsequent, actually completed visit to the FitLock fitness center, from which the participant posts a new Instagram Story tagging @fitlock_fitness, represents one additional competition entry.

A maximum of one competition entry can be obtained per visit, regardless of the number of published photos, videos, or individual Stories.

The Organizer is entitled to verify the completion of individual visits through its reservation system.

6. Content Guidelines

Participants are not required to show their own face or likeness. Competition Stories may depict, for example, the FitLock premises, fitness equipment, or the workout itself.

The published content must not be unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

The participant is responsible for having the right to use the published photo or video. If other people are captured in the photo or video, the participant is responsible for ensuring that capturing and publishing them does not violate their rights.

7. Prize

The prize in the competition is:
A 3-month membership at the FitLock fitness center for one winner valued at CZK 4,290.

The prize corresponds to the currently offered 3-month FitLock membership and includes the benefits of this membership according to the current price list and terms of FitLock.

The prize is non-transferable, intended solely for the winner, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Redemption of the prize is governed by the valid Terms & Conditions and Gym Rules of FitLock.

The starting date of the 3-month membership will be agreed upon between the Organizer and the winner.

8. Winner Selection

After the competition ends, one winner will be randomly drawn from all valid competition entries.

Each valid competition entry represents one chance in the draw. Therefore, if a participant qualifies for multiple entries during the competition, they will be represented in the draw by the corresponding number of entries.

The winner will be contacted via the Instagram account used to participate in the competition.

If the winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of the first contact, if compliance with the competition conditions cannot be verified, or if the winner declines the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

9. Verification of Eligibility

The Organizer reserves the right to verify fulfillment of the competition conditions, in particular the publication of the competition Story, tagging of the profile @fitlock_fitness, and completion of the fitness center visit.

The Organizer is entitled to disqualify a participant in particular in the event of:

• failure to meet any of the competition rules,

• providing false information,

• attempt to manipulate the competition,

• obtaining multiple entries from a single visit,

• using a fake or fraudulent account,

• other conduct in violation of these rules.

10. Personal Data Processing

The Organizer is the controller of the personal data of competition participants.

For the purposes of organizing, verifying, and evaluating the competition and contacting the winner, the Organizer may process in particular the participant's Instagram username, information on their competition entries, data required to verify visits, and, in the case of the winner, data necessary for handing over and using the prize.

Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the competition, verify fulfillment of conditions, determine and contact the winner, hand over the prize, or fulfill related legal obligations of the Organizer.

Data processed exclusively for the purposes of the competition will be stored only for the period necessary to evaluate it, hand over the prize, and handle potential related claims and legal obligations.

Participation in the competition does not constitute consent to receiving marketing communications.

11. Instagram and Meta Platforms

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

The participant acknowledges that they provide information to the Organizer, not to Instagram or Meta.

Neither Instagram nor Meta bears any responsibility for the organization or conduct of this competition.

12. Final Provisions

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have read these rules and agrees to abide by them.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the competition for important reasons, in particular if circumstances arise that prevent its proper execution.

Any changes to the rules will be published in the same manner as these rules and will not unreasonably infringe upon the rights of already participating entrants.

Matters not regulated by these rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

These rules are published on the FitLock website and are effective as of August 22, 2026.
