I. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• FitLock fitness centre is operated as a self-service facility without staff on site.

• Entry is permitted only to registered persons with a valid reservation, membership, or other authorisation (e.g. Multisport under the Terms & Conditions).

• Entry is non-transferable and linked to a specific person. Any sharing of access (QR code, account, etc.) is prohibited.

• Maximum capacity per slot is 4 exercising persons. Capacity is always shown in the booking system.

• Minimum age for independent entry is 15 years. Persons under 15 may only enter accompanied by an adult.

• Every visitor must comply with these Gym Rules, the Terms & Conditions, and the Operator's instructions.

II. TIME SLOT, LEAVING THE PREMISES AND RETURN

• The duration of one slot is 75 minutes (60 min workout + 15 min arrival/changing/departure).

• Visitors must leave the premises no later than the end of their slot. Exceeding the slot time is a violation of the Gym Rules.

• After leaving the premises within the allocated slot, visitors are not entitled to return (e.g. for forgotten items). If the visitor needs to return, they must follow the Operator's instructions.

• Entry outside the slot time (or without authorisation) is prohibited and may result in sanctions under the Terms & Conditions.

III. ACCESS SYSTEM AND ENTRY

• Entry is via the mobile app and/or QR code.

• It is prohibited to provide the QR code, account access, or any other means of entry to third parties.

• It is prohibited to circumvent the system (e.g. holding doors open, letting others in, etc.).

• Violation of entry rules may result in immediate termination of entry, account suspension, and other sanctions, including a contractual penalty under the Terms & Conditions.

IV. SAFETY, HEALTH AND USE OF EQUIPMENT

• Visitors exercise at their own risk and must assess their own health and physical abilities.

• Visitors must use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with standard safe exercise practices.

• It is prohibited to interfere with equipment, electrical installations, security systems, CCTV systems, doors and locks.

• If a fault, hazardous condition or malfunction is discovered, the visitor must immediately notify the Operator (by e-mail or phone).

• If damage to equipment occurs (including unintentional), the visitor must report the damage immediately. Failure to report may be treated as a serious breach of the rules.

• It is prohibited to move equipment outside designated areas, take it out of the fitness centre, or use it outside the fitness premises.

V. PROHIBITIONS AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

Visitors must behave politely, considerately, and in a way that does not disturb other visitors or damage the premises.

• Consumption of alcohol and use of narcotic and psychotropic substances is prohibited on the premises.

• Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

• Any conduct contrary to good morals is prohibited, in particular sexual activities and harassment of others.

• Threats, aggressive behaviour, vandalism, or behaviour endangering the safety of persons is prohibited.

• Smoking and use of e-cigarettes is prohibited unless a designated area is expressly provided.

• Taking photos/videos of other visitors without their explicit consent is prohibited.

• The internal system is available for listening to music. Visitors may not disturb others with loud music from personal devices (e.g. portable speakers).

VI. HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS

• Use of clean sports footwear and appropriate sports clothing is mandatory.

• Use of a towel on machines and benches during exercise is mandatory.

• After using equipment, visitors must wipe/disinfect contact surfaces as instructed at the facility.

• Visitors must return dumbbells, weight plates, accessories, and attachments to their designated places.

• Leaving rubbish, packaging, bottles, or other items on the premises is prohibited.

VII. CHANGING ROOMS, STORAGE AND LIABILITY FOR BELONGINGS

• Leaving items unattended in the changing rooms or the building is not permitted. The Operator is not responsible for stored items.

• Visitors must keep valuables (documents, cash, electronics) under their control at all times. Valuable items are not recommended to be left in lockers.

• The Operator is not liable for loss, damage or theft of items, even if stored in lockers.

VIII. CCTV SYSTEM

• The premises are monitored by a CCTV system for the purpose of property protection, personal safety, and compliance monitoring.

• Recordings are kept for 30 days unless a longer retention period is required due to incident or damage investigation.

IX. OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS AND IMMEDIATE EVACUATION

Visitors acknowledge that the Operator is entitled to require immediate evacuation for safety, operational, or legal reasons.

• Upon request from the Operator, visitors must leave the premises immediately, without any right to compensation.

• Failure to comply may result in account suspension, ban from entry, and further legal action.

X. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

• In the event of fire or other emergency, immediately evacuate the premises and follow safety instructions.

• In case of injury, call emergency services on 155 or 112.

• If possible, subsequently notify the Operator of the incident.

XI. BREACH OF RULES – SANCTIONS

Breach of these Gym Rules may result in:

• immediate account suspension,

• membership termination without refund,

• temporary or permanent ban from entry (blacklist),

• application of a contractual penalty and/or damages.

These Gym Rules are binding on all visitors to the FitLock fitness centre and form part of the service usage rules.
